Ordered the wrong product and need to return it? No problem, just mail it back to us (in its original unused condition) and we'll exchange it or refund your money – no questions asked. Please send us an email letting us know you're shipping something back and why. Ship to the address on the original invoice.
We Ship Your Order Fast! Here's how: Within the Continental USA: Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. You'll get your package in 2-3 business days. You can select USPS Express Mail for next day delivery. Choose this option during checkout. (Alaska and Hawaii deliveries are slightly longer)
All other countries and territories: USPS Priority Mail = 6-10 day delivery. USPS Express Mail = 5 day delivery.
If you choose to ship your order via USPS Express mail, please take note: If your order is placed by 10:00AM (Mountain Standard Time) your order will be shipped the same day. If it is placed after 10:00AM, your order will be shipped the following business day.
